Ms. Rashmi Sinha’s career path can be traced back to IIMC, where she studied English Journalism way back in 1995-96. Today, Rashmi works with the Ministry of Home Affairs in Delhi.

She had started out with plans to become a business journalist and also interned with a leading Business Daily. But fate had different plans for her life, and she joined the Indian Police Service in 1996, getting allotted to the West Bengal cadre.

Rashmi has been serving the nation for about two decades and is currently on central deputation.

Reminiscing her days at IIMC, Rashmi says the institute played a major role in shaping her personality. It gave her the confidence to develop a vibrant persona.

She still carries fond memories of campus life with her. IIMC also gave her some lovely friends to cherish for life.
