*The ‘Milad’ {‘Birth’} of Prophets is Allah’s Greatest Favors*

*Proof #1:*

Allah Almighty revealed in the Holy Quran that His greatest favor on the Bani Israil was His sending of Musa as a Prophet towards them. {Surah Maidah; 5: 20}

Similarly, Allah Almighty addresses Muslims and says in the Holy Quran:

?????? ????? ???????? ????? ?????????????? ???? ?????? ??????? ???????? ????? ??????????? ??????? ?????????? ???????? ?????????????? ??????????????? ?????????? ????????????? ????? ??????? ??? ?????? ????? ??????? ????????

Allah has indeed bestowed a Great Favor upon the Muslims, in that He sent to them a Noble Messenger from amongst them, who recites to them His verses and purifies them, and teaches them the Book and Wisdom and before it, they were definitely in open error. {Surah Al Imran; 3: 164}

Subhan Allah! Almighty Allah reveals in another Ayah:

???????? ?????????? ??????? ?????????
?
And Publicize well the Favors of your Lord.”
{Surah Zuha; 93:11}

It must have become clear to our Dear Readers from the above Explicit Evidences cited from the Holy Quran that to Commemorate and Celebrate ‘Milad un Nabi sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam is Commendable.

*Proof # 2:*

Allah Almighty also reveals:

????? ????????????? ?????? ???????? ???????????????
And We did not sent you (‘O’ Dear Prophet) except as a Mercy for all the Worlds.
{Surah Ambiya; 21: 107}

And in another Ayah Allah says:

??? ???????? ???????? ???? ?????????? ??????????? ???? ?????????? ????????? ?????? ??? ?????????? ??????? ?????????? ???????????????? ???? ???? ???????? ???????? ?????????????? ??????????? ?????????????? ???? ?????? ??????? ??????????? ????

Say you! Upon Allah’s Grace and upon His Mercy; upon these only the people should Rejoice. This is better than all the wealth they hoard.
{Surah Yunus; 10: 57-58}

*Proof # 3:*

Allah Almighty revealed in the Holy Quran as follows:

????? ?????? ????? ???????? ??????????? ???????? ??????? ????????? ????????? ????? ?????????? ??????? ????? ?????? ????????????? ?????????? ??????? ?????? ? ???????????? ??????? ?????? ?????????????

Isa, son of Maryam submitted, ‘O’ Allah our Lord, send down to us a tray of food from the Heaven so that it maybe an occasion of Eid for us, for the first and the last of us and a sign from You and provide for us and You are the Best of the Providers.
{Surah Maidah; 5 :114}

The Christians still today celebrate this day i.e. ‘Sunday’ as a ‘Holy Day’ as well as ‘Holiday’ as it was the day on which ‘Food’ was sent to them by Allah . ‘Food’ is indeed a ‘Favor’ and ‘Gift’ of Allah , but as Allah’s ‘Greatest Favor’ and ‘Mercy’ is the Beloved Prophet Muhammad sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam as mentioned in Surah Ambiya:107 and Surah Al Imran:164. Then surely, we Muslims can celebrate the ‘Birth’ of the Beloved Muhammad sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam.
