WHY RAMADAN IS “THE PEACE FOR HUMAN BODY”

Islam is a religion of long suits. Out of them is the holy selected month-Ramadan. Ramadan is one among the most powerful months of the holy religion Islam , by which it’s called as the “month of harvesting for muslims” .The month as its called by all is just as a month as it’s called.

Not only the religious aspects of holy religion Islam puts this month’s status up, but also many of the social cases too enhances its rank high. Let’s look at some of them…

Decreaser of criminal suspects…

As per the 2000-2005 senses, when the worlds scientists tried to get out what’s the benefits of fasting which is being put up by the religion Islam as  wagib (means important to be done by all muslims) ,the sensed out that before the month of Ramadan criminal cases as well as the senses of alcoholic consumption was seen to be as 34.9% of the world’s population .But when the senses was taken during the course of Ramadan, things changed. The senses were taken down by 15% from the old senses, making it 19.9% as a total of world’s condition. That’s it. That’s the power of Islam.

Hunger as a remedy…

A Swiss physician Dr. Barsilus noted that: ” The advantages of hunger as a remedy exceed those ingesting medicine several times”

Most diseases make people stay away from food all days. But by the fasting of the fast in Ramadan, this thread of “foodlessness” can be taken out. Ramadan even though it takes up your 29-30 days of a year, it helps you in making you consume your food for the rest 335 days.

Slight Dehydration…

The difference between Ramadan and total fasting is the timing of the food; during Ramadan, we basically miss lunch and take an early breakfast and do not eat until dusk. Abstinence from water for 8 to 10 hours is not necessarily bad for health and in fact, its good for your health. It causes concentration of all fluids within the body, producing slight dehydration. The body has its own water conservation mechanism by which the body pressures its own body, causing the longevity of life.

Healing Process…

Fasting in the month of Ramadan actually make up your body perfect in the process of healing and enhancing the functioning of body parts. When no food gets into the body for more than 6 hours, the body’s complete attention is taken towards the functioning of the rest of the body the body parts by which the body gets functioned more smoothly than before.

Extended life expectancy…

The most scientifically proven advantage to fasting is the extended life expectancy. The more a man takes the fast, the more his life gets extended. As per the scientific researches on fasting, its told that when only less food gets transported into the body the body would stop it hangover on the singe part stomach and instead smooth’s the function of body causing a considerable increase in one’s life expectancy.

                           These are only some of the benefits of the holy month-Ramadan. Wait for the month of Ramadan to come. Do what’s to be done along with all the conditions followed. In the language of my heart, I say, you will achieve all the benefits of Ramadan.
