J&K: State Council of Education & Research and Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) launched!
Jammu And Kashmir: The Lieutenant Governor launched the scheme for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) via online mode.

rinagar: On Saturday, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha e-inaugurated the State Council for Education, Research and Training (SCERT) in an attempt to assist the administration in implementing human resource development policies. Also the Lieutenant Governor launched the scheme for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) via online mode.
Speaking at the event, Mr Sinha said: “Without education the nation can not progress an inch on the path to development. Health care and education are the cornerstones of progress.”
The SCERT is expected to operate in Jammu and Kashmir, as per the National Council of Educational Research and Training ( NCERT), which is the country’s highest educational research institution.
Smart Performance Appraisal Report Recording Online Window (SPARROW) system for Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service officers was launched by the Lieutenant Governor at Raj Bhavan on Friday.
