Methods for Finding Joy and Happiness in Life

Many times, we become so engrossed in our troubles and difficulties that we lose sight of the joy and happiness that life has to offer. We are blind to the blessings that surround us. The delight that can be found in both big and small things. We also fail to recognise the abilities that Allah has provided upon us.

Happiness in LifeWe can become overwhelmed and fatigued at times. We are concerned about the future and what awaits us tomorrow. For a few while, we believe we are on top of the world. Then we’re in the depths of misery the next minute.

Many times, our emotions are simply a result of our perceptions. Let us strive to see the world in a good way. A cup of coffee might be either half full or half empty.

What can we do to make ourselves feel better in the long run? And what abilities has Allah placed upon us that we can put to good use? What skills can we develop in order to actively shape our future?

Isn’t it true that He placed upon us the greatest gift ever? Our love for Him and our faith in Him?

Let us consider the positive aspects of life.

Remember Allah’s Blessings and Talents for Us

Many times, we become so engrossed in our troubles and difficulties that we lose sight of the joy and happiness that life has to offer. We are blind to the blessings that surround us. The delight that can be found in both big and small things. We also fail to recognise the abilities that Allah has provided upon us.

Let us make a conscious effort to recognise and feel the joy in our lives. And let us find something to be grateful for every day of our lives.

Are you a good writer or speaker? Thank Allah for it, and work on developing this skill so that it can assist you in establishing your own existence.

Has Allah blessed you with computer talents, handicraft abilities, or any other remarkable talent? Be thankful to God and use that ability to pull you out of your fear of the future.

We shall sink further and deeper into darkness if we only observe the unpleasant aspects of life. Let us express our gratitude to our compassionate Creator for providing us with the gift of life, the gift of breathing, the joy of inhaling the wonderful scents that surround us, and the gift of believing in Him.

Rejoice in the knowledge that you are among the lucky few who have embraced Allah into their lives. Thank God for the abilities and qualities He has given upon you.

The Gift of Faith

We must remember, no matter how bad we may feel, that we have been given an incredible gift. The most valuable and lovely gift one can possess in this world. Allah has given trust on us and instilled it in our hearts. He, the Giver of Light, has enlightened our hearts with the light of trust and love for Him. Let’s make this light shine brightly.

Our faith, our believe in Allah, is an incredible source of joy and happiness. Having and feeling Allah in our lives can help us to overcome the darkness in our hearts. We can discover peace and contentment by turning to Him.

The gift of faith can create in us a strong desire to assist and contribute to the Muslim community. Helping others and giving to our societies in whatever form is also a fantastic method to alleviate any anxiety or unhappiness we may be experiencing. Spreading kindness brings delight and happiness.

The Best Listener

You should go to Allah whenever you are upset, sorrowful, or depressed, or if you are worried about your future. In your prayers, seek Him out. In your supplications, meet Him. Talk to Him, share your worries with Him, and pour out your heart to Him.

Allah is eagerly awaiting your response. He is the All-Hearing, the Best Listener we could ever hope for. We can tell Him anything without having that uneasy feeling we get when we’re around other people and don’t want to burden them.

Allah is present. Always! He is a close friend and protector of believers, and it is He who pulls us out of the darkness into the light.

All we have to do now is take the first step. Attempt to supplicate to Allah in the last third of the night. Inquire of Him for assistance. Also, ask him to take away your worry from your heart. Inquire of Him to reveal you the way, the one that will lead to His delight and your success in this life.

If you’re feeling alone with your problems, run to meet your Lord and seek solace in His presence by standing or sitting on the prayer mat or remembering Him in your heart. Only in the recollection of Allah, Allah states in the Quran, do hearts find peace, rest, and comfort.
