Depression, in a simple way, is a mental health condition marked by profound feeling of sadness, isolation, hopelessness that affect a person on how he/she thinks, feels and how his/her mind functions. It can affect people of all ages, races and socioeconomic classes and can inveigh at any point of time, and it is very generic of getting the suicidal and self-destruction thoughts in such kind of diseases. People do not want to live further and they feel vulnerability to confront the circumstances that they are facing. It could be severe disease but can be treated at the same time if one has control over his/her own mind or emotions.
The term “Depression” is made adding two terms ‘de’ and ‘press’. ‘De’ means reducing and ‘press’ means an act of pushing something firmly. Putting both together, it implies something to reduce pushing yourself going in a situation you cannot get rid of. In such cases, you stop yourself from doing a good piece of work you normally like to do. Having a feeling of “Depression” can have many reasons but to understand as to how to dealt with it is very important.
Depression is like a war—you either win or die trying to survive. If you start affecting yourself, the depression promptly takes place. Do not let anybody affect and harm yourself. Make yourself more extrovert and free. Life is precious and is gifted to you only once. So, self-destruction is quite ridiculous and a matter of incompetence. Be Courageous! When you find no solution to a problem it’s probably not a problem to be solved, but a rather, to be accepted or completely ignored.
