Uyghurs : Unforgettable genocide

Word For Peace

The stage is being prepared for communal China in the face of pathetic cultural genocide. One million innocent Uyghur Muslims have already been trapped in detention camps. If the world stands still silent, it is certain that Xinjiang will be mercilessly added to the map of the victims of Myanmar, Rwanda and East Timor.
Xinjiang, a special autonomous region located in the northwest of China, shares borders with eight countries, including India.
Uyghur (uighur / uyghur) comprising of 56 tribes, Xinjiang, home to Muslims, covers about one-sixth of China’s area.
Unlike the Chinese, the culture of the Uyghurs, who speak Turkish and Uzbek, is completely intertwined with mediation cultures. Kasgarh, famous as the ‘Junction of the Ancient Silk Route’, is a major town in the province that mainly caters to agriculture and small industries.
Medieval Europe ingredients are a wonderful sight to behold on the dining table of Ugars, who follow Sunni Islam. The local dance ‘Sanam’ has always maintained its distinctive style. Joining China in such a diverse landscape was difficult.
The Chinese annexation of Xinjiang in 1949 under the leadership of Mao Zedong  was accompanied by a long five-year war with Soviet Russia. The Chinese government, which believed in communism, borders on religious beliefs.
Prayers in public places were forbidden. And mosques  were demolished with the  government expense. By 1950, 90 percent of the ‘Han’ community in China had started land encroachment in Xinjiang.
In 1954, after the  Bigturan was given power in Xinjiang by Mao Zedong, the area witnessed various development projects.
In 2017, more than 6.5 billion worth of fossil fuel was collected from the region. 23.5 million cubic meters of natural gas and 150 billion barrels of oil reservoir were excavated. But the money flowed solely to the hinge of the Han community, and the those muslim minorities had to work at mines with the payment of 12 dollar.
The Uegers came to the streets in 1980-1990 to protest the intolerable repression. But failure was the result. Hundreds of lives were destroyed. The racist abuse continued. Hijab wearing, fasting, Hajj, beard raising, baby naming, funeral..… the list of banned items increase. Yugar Activimst Adv: Noori Tarkell explains:
“To enter the mosque on the day of Jumuah for congregation, everyone needs to be submissive to iris scanning,(check the full body). They could see only  the image of  Xi Jin Ping and the red flag on the walls of the mosque.”

The mainstream reports reveal that China spent $ 8.5 billion on surveillance of Ugars in 2017.

The study by Gay MacDougall vice Chair of the ‘United Nations Elimination of Racial Discrimination’, in principle, discusses the historical background of the Uyghur community and the racial issues they face.

The Chinese government views the ideals of the Uyghurs as miserable with the terrorism. In addition, the Uighurs are regarded as the suicide bomber of the terrorist organization ETIM (East Turkestan Islamic Movement). But, the unbroken faith and middle asian culture followed by  Uyghur are the main factors for the enmity of  Chine government. The camps and prisons were built to blow out their excitement.

The sight of the camps is tragic, and the parents who have been plucked from their children to the camps are not expected to return. Their lives are burnt in the darkened prisons.

The sight of the camps is tragic, and the parents who have been plucked from their children to the camps are not expected to return. Their lives are burnt in the darkened prisons.Communist ideas are imposed on children. The revolutionary songs are forcibly recited, the manifesto reads, the oaths are taken, the Mandarin is only allowed as a spoken language, and the children are seen screaming with the photos of fathers in the streets.China is turning against international jurisdictions, and there is no any sure of significant response after the report, MacDougall continues, China claims that the camps are vacation camps that teach culture. The government has recruited a special army from Beijing, patrols the police as a group for every 11 families, scans calls, places CCTVs in their homes, DNA testing and controls are tight, Islamic symbols have been removed on the walls. It is clear that the faith is viewed as an enemy because Ugars have not posed significant challenges to the state. A 2013 survey by Amnesty International  also revealed the racial abuses faced by Uyghurs. Chinese foreign minister Gong Shuang, however, disagrees, saying the country is in religious harmony.…

Mihrigul Tursun, an Uger woman who settled in Egypt with her husband, flew to Urumqi, the capital city of Uyghur, in May 2015 with the aim of protecting their children from the miscarriage.
When she arrived, XUAR officials called her for a momentary passport checking. Her two-month-old  three sons assaulted by police. But the interrogation lasted for hours. Hanging in her arms, imprisoned, crying for babies, sleepless nights, and she was paroled when her son became ill, she went straight to the hospital and could only see from afar, the next morning, she found the body of her infant son, who had no real care, unable to communicate the news of her son’s death to her husband, continued to care for her two children, she was re-imprisoned in April 2017, was sent to a hospital with constant questions, seven days of sleeplessness, her hair shaved, and depressed, she was sent to the hospital because of depression, but she recovered at home under her father’s discipline and had to seek permission from the authority to stay out of the house, back in prison in January 2018, she had enough windows in the darkened prisons,  cameras around four, and she witnessed nine deaths from her room of 68 people, despite being ill and in denial of treatment.

She flew to Egypt with her sick children but did not find her husband anywhere, a colleague said “He went to China in 2016 but was jailed in Beijing”.Then, she tells ” I am in America today. I feel as if my experience in heaven is small. How sad it is to be attacked in the country of birth. There are thousands of stories that can be told to Uyghurs.Even as I write, the practice of hiding the minorities accusing the relationship with terrorists abroad has been brutalized…”

The silence of the nations of the world is sure to cost much. Beyond China’s economic strength in the international community, the BRI-Belt and Road Initiative, which connects the 78 nations that China is building through Xinjiang, is on the verge of collapsing.

The project,  launched in 2013,  is a multi-faceted project involving railroads and ships, connecting Asia, Africa, Europe and Oceania.

The BELT is also meant to facilitate transactions between nations and allow small nations to borrow at lower credit rates.Arab states, which are supposed to show communal love, often fall asleep in their picks. Arabs are also bothered by economic downturns from the Chinese side
